How can I disassociate Bubble Witch Saga from Facebook?

How can I disassociate Bubble Witch Saga from Facebook?
I do not use Facebook, nor do I have a FaceBook account.
My daughter logged onto her FaceBook with my computer. Now BubbleWitch keeps asking for her FaceBook password.
