How can I fix this?

OK so it was working fine in may of 2016, I was gonna update some stuff today but I was in loop with the the automatic repair. Then the blue screen pops up that says driver_irgl_not_less_or egual popped up. I did looked up how to fix the problem, so restarted my laptop again and waited until the blue screen showed up. I was looking for the options that says restart and advance management, but it wasnt on the screen. Please help me I have a Toshiba laptop and the window 10 has never been a problem.

I think that blue screen should reference the driver that is the problem. The solution below is for a network adapter but I don't see why you couldn't perform the same procedure with any other hardware.
