How can i know if this is fake or not?

Hello, i want to change my ath m40x ear pads, because they are sooo uncomfortable. I can't use amazon, because shipping will cost me like 60$++, so i must use aliexpress. Now, i searched for hm5 ear pads, and this one came out first.

They aren't brainwaves but an aftermarket brand compatible with your HM5's. Fake? Tekeft isn't a manufacturer so I would think it is "fake" but it also appears to be compatible. Is aliexpress your only retailer? Idk what I would do because I have options.

First of all, thank you all for response. If aliexpress is my only retailer, yea it is. Here in serbia there is no store that is selling ear pads, they are selling some cheap for few dollars, and that arent compatible with m40x. Tbh, i didnt even buy headphones in serbia, but in hungary. i searched in hungary for earpads, but price is 130dollars for hm5....so no. Amazon, shipping will cost me too much, so i must order from aliexpress. So this is like copy of brainwavz? Well if they are compatible with audio technica m40x, ill give them a try, hope they arent bad.
