how can I log on to a laptop with an unresponsive keyboard?

I re-started my laptop and the keyboard is unresponsive and I an not able to log into my computer how can I fix this?

You can get an external USB keyboard or if you really want it you can press the Accessibility button and activate the virtual keyboard. If you can make it you can check for the appropriate drivers and reinstall them.
