How can i retrieve my photos n my google account if my google Internet network is down... Where would i store them at?

Lost my list for Internet Network. ( have no network at all on my phone) So i need to get all photos out of google and ect.... When i do retrieve them, where would u recommend me storing them ?

You don't need to get them on your phone, anything that can connect to the internet and you can sign on to your account in will be able to reach your photos. About storing them, if not in the cloud, best place would be an SD card with backups done to a computer.
