how can i retrive my previous data in excel.. it was been replace in same sheet??

I fear you have lost it. You should have backed up the original files to another location or drive before entering new data.

How long ago was the information replaced?

Try right clicking the file, go to properties, then click the "Previous Versions" tab and see if there are any restore points for that file. I'm not sure if this is available in most versions of windows or with most versions of office but give it a try nonetheless
