You took the "old" photo with your dslr camera and transferred that photo to your computer.

You then took a "new" photo with your dslr camera and also transferred that photo to your computer.

However, you can only see the old photo on your computer.

Is that all correct?

Can you still see the new photo on your camera? If so, try transferring the new photo again.
