How can I send a video from my cell phone and upload it to youtube?

I really bought a great cell phone for Photography
,which support T-flash card up to 16GB, own memory and provide 1 GB TF card free of charge.The name is C1000 Quad-band TV FM Dual Sim Standby Dual Camera Touch Screen Cell Phone.

I am now want to know what adress do i send my video from my mobile phone to youtube? Can anybody give me some suggestions?

It's probably easier to upload the video onto your PC and then upload it onto YouTube.
