how can I send an email to 1000+ IDs

if a webmaster want to send an email to 1000+ IDs,

what software can do that ?

If she/he was a real webmaster, this question would not be asked here. Ask your hosting company for that.

Otherwise - open GMail, and copy/paste these EMails. When you get banned, switch to /Hotmail/Yahoomail and keep going.

Any email program can do that, just need to create a group containing the emails.

And need to find an email host that does not block you from doing that.
