how can I set My default storage to Sd card.My phone is karbon A7+

I am unable to download any apps on my mobile due to short internal memory/space. I have already placed 8GB external memory card on phone but of no use because evertying gets first downloaded on internal space. Please help me how to download directly to external memory SD card. <Email REMOVED>

I have the same problem, but my Send to SD option box is not lit up and will not work on any of my apps.
