How can i set the default download location to my sd card. I have a Galaxy note 10.1

My 16GB tablet has run out of internal memory and I can no longer download any new APPs. I have loaded a 60+GB sd card and would like to transfer data files to it/use it as my default location for storage. How can I do this please?

1) you can also transfer your data with usb cable and computer.
2) download CleanMaster and run it! This app will clean your device good enough
