How to shut HD voice off on an Android LG stylus 2 plus phone when she calls certain people that HD Voice pops up and it's hard to understand how to shut it off we don't know how

Quinn the phone is being called to certain other phones HD for Voice pops up on the screen not all the time she would like to know how to shut it off so it's not me and used cuz when she calls them people it's hard for them to understand what she is saying on the other end

1. From the home screen tap "Apps".
2. On this tab tap "Settings".
3. Next tap "Advanced Calling".
4. This should turn it off if it was already on, or will turn it on, if it was off.
5. You may get a screen asking to confirm your change. If you do, tap "OK" and you should be good.
