how can I shut my vizio tv off without the remote?

does anyone know anything about vizio 19 inch tv? there is no shutoff button on the sides or the back of this tv, I can only turn it off using the cable remote and tv is still on and the remote does not work.

Did the TV not come with it's own remote control?
