how can i use my Asus laptop/tablet, while its in tablet mode on my 32' Samsung tv?

I'm trying to use my Asus laptop/tablet on my Samsung 32" tv but I can not figure out how to use the keyboard in tablet mode. I have turned off tablet mode also in hopes I would be able to trick it yet it still will not let me use the keyboard in tablet mode??

Which ASUS laptop model is it?

Did you manage to connect to your TV? So just the keyboard is not working while the keyboard is not physically connected?

I was able to connect to my tv, but when I would like to use my laptop in tablet mode so I do not have my laptop in the way of the view of the tv but I can not use the keyboard while it is in tablet mode.

or using the onscreen keyboard of windows

maybe using a wireless external keyboard can be used
