How can i use my non smart tv with Bluetooth headphones and also use the tv speaker at the same time?

I have a non smart TV LG pj350 42inch. I need to connect Bluetooth headset to the TV while the normal tv speakers should also work. Thx.

Get a roku and use your mobile device to hook up your bluetooth. Enable Private Listening open the Roku Mobile App on your iOS or Android. Connect the mobile app to your Roku player, and plug in your headphones. You will be taken to the remote screen where you will see a headphone icon with a green dot indicating that Private Listening active.

You have to turn the TV speakers off to use the optical audio output. There are two ways around this.
1. Get an optical audio splitter and connect both a soundbar and bluetooth transmitter to the optical outputs.
2. Connect a speaker to line level converter to the wires going to the internal TV speakers. This provides a line level input for a bluetooth transmitter.

With the Roku you can also pull antenna input though the roku. Thus the Roku isn't limited to internet streams only. There are many ways. Another is using a tablo to stream the antenna to the Roku.

I would like to use a Bluetooth transciever for this as i do not have access to roku etc...

Should have mentioned that.... Sorry...

So the question is that can i use a Bluetooth transciever or transmitter for audio to play on both TV speaker and Bluetooth headphones from a non smart TV (lg pj350 -2010 model)? I have Chromecast if that could be a part of the solution.....

Unless you can turn on the optical output and leave the TV speakers on at the same time my previous answer stands.
If you don't use the internal TV tuner you could use an HDMI input selector with audio extraction to provide an audio output for the bluetooth transmitter, All your sources would connect to it,
