Hello, I am Looking for nonsmart phone for children (under 7) with GPS tracking. and at the same time with good quality speakers and build.

The Tracking should be using SMS .. to send the location on demand or periodically every set interval .

Going to be hard to find those features in a phone. An old style flip phone meets some of your requirements, but likely not the tracking/SMS aspects.

There are some devices on the market that claim to track kiddos (via something on their shoe/smart watch).

It will be interesting to see what recommendations may come to your meet your request.
