How can you change tv to hmdi on a Sceptre tv without a remote???

So I clicked channels and it won’t let me go back to hmdi I don’t have the remote so what do I do help me pls

I just had the same problem. I clicked S button on the side of the TV it brought up the Input menu. I then used up and down channel buttons to select the input type, and confirmed it with S button again.
