How do I connect a active subwoofer together with a passive subwoofer so both run off a home theater system in a box

Need some more bass for my home theater in a box, and I have an old Harman Kardon computer subwoofer from a 2.1 sound system lying around. Any way to connect them together? The Harman Kardon active to the factory samsung passive? I don't have much extra money at the time, but I would enjoy a project like this.

Not to hard to do.
You need to connect a speaker to line level converter to the subwoofer speaker out of the HTS.

You will only need to use one channel of it. You could leave the passive subwoofer connected with the active sub or use just the active sub. Try it both ways to see what your prefer.
