I have an older Hitachi projection TV with a single DVI-D input along with an analog audio input, I want to attach multiple HDMI devices to it. What single device can I buy to accomplish this multiple HDMI connection that will provide analog audio output to connect to the TV as my DVI-D input only passes video.

Solution
You need two devices. An HDMI switch like this one which will let you switch between multiple HDMI inputs to one HDMI output.

And a HDMI to DVI-D adapter with analog audio out like this.

https://www.amazon.com/Converter-Digital-Analog-Stereo-Adapter/dp/B00FCYKO8W

You could use an AV receiver instead of a switch. These usually have analog audio out, so instead of a hard-to-find HDMI-to-DVI adapter with audio, you could use a simple HDMI-to-DVI adapter without audio as the second part.
