Question How do I delete a account user

I got this used phone number and I guess the order previous owner did not delete this number off of account because every time I file a credit card it pops up on her name and address I have received numerous text message for this person I have received a group pass over 36 people so I really I don't want to change my number because it takes me so long to memorize phone numbers and this one was so easy

factory reset the phone and use your own data and mail account

if the person still listed the phone in her google account, she has to remove it by herself

send back messages to the people who are not aware that they dialed the wrong number
