How Do I Disable The Internal Keyboard!?

Hello!, My internal keyboard has liquid damaged (Coke Spilled On It) and now every so on when I play my games it bugs up and I can't control it!? My keyboard go out of control! How do I disable it, When I try to uninstall it would just re installs after reboot! I'm running windows 8.1 on a Toshiba laptop, I have a Bluetooth keyboard that I'm using right now but I need help, I don't know how much longer I can go and not go crazy..
I've check so many forums but nothing helps, DON'T ASK WHY THIS IS NECESSARY ITS TOTALLY CLEAR WHY!

you should look at the back of your laptop, find out your service tag. go to toshiba's website and figure out your laptop's name + spec via that service tag. then go online and google how to disassemble your laptop to remove your keyboard. then go on ebay and buy a new keyboard for your specific laptop. when it arrives, install it. hope it helps

You don't need to disable it...you need to clean it or replace it.
