How do I fix the Toshiba media cable failure

I am having trouble with my toshiba sattile and it keeps saying No bootble devices and it says No media to. How do I fix this?

That is a drive issue or boot order issue. Re-seat the hard drive, make sure no USB or CD/DVD disks are in the system, try it again. Does the drive make any noises like clicking?
