How do I get my browser to remember my login information for tomshardware.com?

Windows 7, and i use Mozilla Firefox.

By default Firefox should be creating a pop-up asking to save your login or "password" for this site when you login here.

Strangely though, I have noticed on FF and Chrome even though it's set to ask if you want to save a sites login data by default. On this site there is no query as to whether you want to or not, it just doesn't seem to work. Perhaps this is an issue with the TomsHardware site itself? Or perhaps the browsers password/login manager?
Who the heck knows.

It did that at first, but I check Do not remember password.

But now I'm tired of typing it in. Is there some way i can have it auto log me in?

It's been awhile since I used firefox. So I had to download it again, (despite my current boycotting of mozilla) to see if the menus were the same as they were last I used it. Anyways....

You want to click the "Firefox" menu bar in the top left, then mouse over "options" which will pop up another menu, then mouse over and click the options in that new pop-up menu box.

Then you want to mouse over to security, and click it. (Should have an icon above the text that looks like a padlock).
Then mouse over to "Exceptions" and click on that, then you want to click on the tomshardware url which should be in the list box that pops up (and should highlight when you click it), and mouse over to "remove" and click on that. It'll probably ask if you're sure you wanna do it, if so just click okay/accept then you can just close all those menus out.

Then next time you sign on to Tomshardware the query should pop-up again asking to save your login.
Hope this helps.

Oh and it won't auto-log you in, what it will do however is put in your log-in details for you on the log-in page rather than you typing them in yourself.

RiennaCruzar has a good answer, all you have to do is click once to send it for a check.

I don't know if that's what you seek, but there will be a lot of add-ons that could login automatically just by a click or keystrook.

Start your browser, search with different search engines and use different phrases:

When the add-on isn't compatible with your browser, you could try to find it with Firefox.

Left on top, click Firefox. Go to Add-on and click on it. Now choose Extentions, at the right top of the list you will find a search bar. Copy/type here the name of the program and see what the result wil be.
