how do I get my gateway laptop screen back on. I accidently clicked on "second screen" and my screen went black

trying to hook up a new modem/router and in the process, under settings I hit the second screen option. I have no second screen but want to restore the original screen HELP

Hold down the Windows key then press 'P'.
