how do I get my open mail to come up by it self? It currently opens below the mail on the same page

My emails open at the bottom of my screen, below the regular emails. How do I get the email to open by itself on a page?

What application you are using for email? What OS?
If you read email into a browser - who is your ISP? Have you checked the options there?
