how do I get my tv back to antennae box after accidently changing station with tv remote

My tv recrption is thru an exterior antennae box. I accidently changed station with my tv remote and now I can't get back to recei e signal thru my antennae box.

I suggest using the "input" button and select your cablebox again

any further help needed will require model of cablebox and television
