How do i get phone open to put battery in?

I signed up last week, i received phone and a tablet, but there is only one sheet about the phone and it doesn't tell how to open phone to put battery in ?Also i told the guy that i could only afford a 70 Dollar plan, i don't know why he didn't tell me that there's a free year of service, what is that about
I need help I can not pay more than 70 Dollar a month,. I think I might have to cancel this order. Thanks for any help.. [don't post your personal info online]

Signup with who? what the phone? cancel or contact their support for you plan question/issue.
