How do I get rid of this?

My friends laptop has got a virus on it and no matter how much its disabled/deleted it keeps coming back.

Does anyone know how to remove it entirely without a system restore?

check this you could use malwarebytes and clean the browser http/malware-detective.com/uninstall-unisales/ the other one in french with pictures https/www.comment-supprimer.com/unisales/
