Question How do I get the sd card as external storage

When I move files from internal storage to external storage the files don't get moved to sd card. They show on internal storage as well as external storage but when I delete it from internal storage it is removed from the sd card as well. I saw on another phone that there is an option to set up the sd card and change it to either internal or external storage. How do I get to that setting? Because although I move the files to sd card, the internal storage still stays full.

First your phone model has to have that option along with having the correct version of the Android OS. Check the manual/online reference for your phone. It should show up in storage in settings.
