What app did you use to move the pictures from your phone to the SD card? The same app can probably move those pictures from your SD card back onto your phone.

Use a SD card reader and connect it with a PC. Then use any file recover software like and use any recovery software like Pandora Recovery or EaseUS Data Recovery etc. to recover your pictures from your SD Card
