How do I pay my bill when verizon won't send me a paper one?

I switched from verizon wireless to T-Mobile a little over a month ago. Verizon sent me an email telling me what I owed for my final bill. I asked them to send me a paper bill, which they had always done before, but to date I have not received one. I'm not going to pay a bill I can't veiw. What do I do?

Go to their website and pay it there? Call a physical store and see if they can print you one, and or let you pay it there?
