Solved! How do I recover my password?

It says password, new password then confirm password on the log in screen and I forgot my password, I tried to sign out but now it's asking me for a new password but I forgot my last password and I don't know any solutions for it.

Since you're in laptop support, I assume this is your Windows password?
If you're linked to your MS account (W10), you can log in with your email address/password.
If you have a local account, you would have set up recovery questions to help in this very situation.
