How do I restore my aspire 517G to factory settings?

My acer aspire V3-517G running windows 8 won't let me access my boot menu I have tried alt F10, F8, 0, alt 0, F12 also have tried system restore in the control panal menu but it failed. How can I restore my laptop to factory settings?

Do you mean you cant access the BIOS? Try to press F2 repeatedly right after you turned on your laptop. And you may want to read this : http/windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc
