How do i set this Headset up on a laptop.

H ave a headset from turtlebeach it's the earforce px22 and i tried to set it up so that the the game volumes volume wheel controlls the games volume and the chat volume wheel controlls the chat volume wheel anyways the problem is the game volume wheel controlls both so i cant hear my friend in chat over gun shots. I followed this link on there official website and it shows that option of "realtek HD audio 2nd output" put when i plug my headset in properly in my laptop it doesn't show that option it just shows the internal speakers and the turtle beach speakers on the bottom of the guide. Can i fix this or do i have to get an actual PC .
