how do I splice RCA on the end of an HDMI cable I don't care about the quality

I'm trying to hook up my PlayStation 2 to my projector which is RCA to HDMI don't care of the video quality just need to know on the HDMI what wires go to what

Assuming that your PS2 has RCA outputs only (audio and video), and your projector is HDMI only (audio + video on single cable), you need an adapter. "Splicing" won't help here...

Note: Never used any of these...
