How do I stop/cancel full system update on Huawei G526-L22? Accidentally started, it's paused, but can't find a way to stop/cancel it. HELP PLZ!

If you started it, there's nothing you can do. Trying to stop it midway (by turning the phone off or something) might mess up your device.

Tried turning off. It just resumes when I power back on. It's only 2% download so far.of over 100 MBs

Also, it says must do factory reset after DL, which is the main problem as I've no backup for apps, photos, vids, contact, mssgs etc. EVERYTHING WILL BE LOST! Is there a way to backup everything on a phone in one place? An app or something? Kind of a newbie, tech wise. Thanks though.any thoughts?
