How do I stop the cmnd prompts this is what opens the malware

enclosely.info opens from marukog.info and suggedin.info opens from cmnd prompt in any chrome, edge, or firefox. just prompts the internet

Post is a bit confusing, start at the beginning, what exactly is happening? The computer turns on, then what? Exactly what happens, what messages come up, what comes up on the screen?

Did you already do a virus scan? If the system is preventing you from running one, you can create a bootable rescue disk from one of the anti-virus vendors (I usually use the Avira one), boot off that and run a scan.
