how do I switch internal to external on a nobis nb 09

Having trouble downloading games on my Nobis Tablet even with a SD card. What can I do to change this? I've basically tried everything including resetting it and manufactured reset. TIA

Android does not support running apps off of SD cards. The only way around this, as far as I know, is to root your device.
