How do you capture a console on your monitor using a PC? Is it possible?

I've come here to wonder if you can capture a console (PS4 specifically) using a PC program, like OBS, or something else?

You'll need a HDMI capture card like follow.

Then just like grabbing a video from any other source, you can capture the PS4's video//audio.
