How do you change your voice like this?

Hi, I recently saw this music video on youtube, (do forgive me for the pony video, but it's the only example i could find ), and around 1:03 when the green one starts to sing, it sings with this, what i'd describe as, techno-indifferent voice. Now. I know how to change pitch and such in Audacity (i use that quite a bit), but I've never seen how to do this. Did they use Audacity, or some other software?

That sounds like phasing - very popular in 1960s music. You can do that in Audacity: http/www.ehow.com/how_8323039_use-phaser-audacity.html

Hm, I tried using the phaser, and it seems to only add an immediate echo to the recording
