We have ceiling surround sound that is about 9 years old. To previously hook it up there were many individual wires that hooked to the back of our dvd player. We now have a blue ray and have no way to connect the wires. What do we do?????
are you talking about speaker wire (which connects up to the speakers) or component cables which would hook up to a receiver/control box for the surround sound?
it sounds like you might be talking about speaker wire... in which case you would need a receiver. my guess is that you had a dvd player / receiver combination box like the ones which came in HTIB sets.
you can pick up a half decent one for about $200 and can get no-name brands or lower end models for a bit cheaper.
if you instead mean that they are component cables...reply back.
