how do you locate things on sd card ?

On Samsung galaxy 5 after downloading to your SD card,...how do you find it again?

If you go into your app drawer, there should be an app called "My Files" or something similar (assuming you are running stock Android). That will let you browse the various folders in your internal storage and your SD card.
