How do i set up my rca surround sound system with my 65 in tcl roku tv?

Without model numbers you won't get an exact answer.
The TCL will have an audio output and the RCA an audio input. If they are not the same type (analog, digital - coax or optical, or HDMI-ARC) you will need an active converter.
