How good is my battery?

I read an article on yahoo [http/news.yahoo.com/blogs/upgrade-your-life/upgrade-life-tips-laptop-batteries-last-longer-192456763.html] and downloaded the software recommended.
As per the software:
My battery's original capacity: 47,520 mWh
My battery's current capacity: 37,498 mWh
Wear % after an year and a half: 21.1%

How good is my laptop's battery condition considering tht I am a heavy laptop user and for the past one year I charge-discharge my laptop battery back to back?

Well it says it right in your post "Wear % after an year and a half: 21.1%" You've worn your battery down by 21%. Meaning at full charge it is rather than say 100% it is actually 79%. It will keep getting worse over time. Batteries for laptop usually need to be replaced every 2 - 3 years if they are used very frequently

Best thing you can do is keep cycling it properly.
