Depends on the length of songs, quality of the conversion, which version of the S5 and if you are using an SD Card or not. Can hold quite a bit.
Assuming an MP3 5 MB size song and having 10 GB free space, 2,000 songs. If you have a 32 GB S5 or an SD card you can hold lots more of-course.
