Did you try this first before posting [Link to a questionable site removed]The guide is spot on, you just need to find a free AV for OSX first to scan your computer. I would follow the guide after you scan your computer, once your do both I would remove whatever free AV you chose to use and restart. I personally never recommend keeping an AV on a mac unless you do something like sharing files with windows users over a network etc..
