I am having trouble with my subaccount email. IT says the connection to server is lost and the emails that were there are gone. How do I get these back along with the folders and start back receiving emails. It is my business account. Or should I start another one? Please advise.

What email client are you using?
Do you use multiple devices? Do those say the same thing? Is this hosted on a private server or through Microsoft or Google or something else.

I know “server” has to do with service PROVIDER, so maybe you need to contact your email service provider - that may be it or a good first start. Wish I was a techie to give more or assurance. Hope all goes well.
