How To Automatically Store Apps In SD Card?

Hi,
I am using a Galaxy Note 3 and i have recently found that the phone has become slow. The reason behind this ineffective functioning is the low memory. I have an SD in my phone but when I download applications, they are saved to my phone memory, thus consuming a great deal of space. Is it possible to make the SD card a default location for all downloads in Androids? If yes, then kindly tell me how.

Hi this is Gerard Santinelli.
I have tried the following solution.but after that suddenly my phone restarted & hanged up again.
Why this is happening?
