how to avoid skippy video.

hello... I am experiencing a problem with my video... it looks skippy.

I always record in 60 or 30 fps. Im sure that this is not jello effect.

now Im in the situation that i need to record in 24fps.
my settings is

ISO: 100
ss: 1/60
F-stop: 2.8

The jello effect (called rolling shutter) does not look "skippy" looks like someone is bending the video as the sections of video refresh with a slight offset.
For 24fps the correct shutter speed is 1/48, where the closest most cameras will support is 1/50. There is no such thing as universal settings so staying with 1/60 is wrong.

It is most often caused by shooting fast moving objects or panning quickly. Different cameras are prone to it at different levels.
Jitter in video is most often caused by the wrong shutter speed.

I'm not havin a problem with jelllo it's not that massive since I have a tripod. I just cant bring my c100 that time. I'm not sure it looks like a disney animation from 1980s
