I Have A Zte Majesty Pro Lte Phone By Tracfone, I Am Out Of Storage Space, Even On My External SD Card, With The Name Brand By SanDisk, I Have A New External SD Card, And IT IS A,16 GB,By PYN, Name Brand, Can I Remove The One I Have IN The Phone Now, And Change IT To The New 16GB, PYN, And Just Reinstall It IN My Phone?

As long as the card you have installed now hasn't been setup to run as "Internal" storage, and is just the standard "External" storage, then you should be just fine trading it out for the other card. Just don't plan to swap them often as while they are removable and insertable in other devices, they are damaged easily.
